The Town of East Haven and the East Haven Housing
Authority have continued to work toward the goal of transforming
the Housing Authority into an independent agency.
The Executive Director
oversees the Housing Authority Commission which meets
on a monthly basis.
The Housing Authority serves the community with programs for
low and moderate income families. The East Haven Housing Authority:
- Hosts over one-hundred Section 8 Vouchers throughout the
town,forty-six of which are directly administered by the Town.
- Continues to monitor the 240 unit, low and moderate income and elderly housing complex,
at East Farm Village.
